Hugh Jackman has listed his incredible three-storey condo in New York City for sale, 14 years after buying it for USD$21million (AUD$29.3million).

The X-Men actor, 53, and his wife Deborra-Lee Furness, 66, have lived in the swanky downtown Manhattan apartment since 2008.

The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom triplex, located in the trendy West Village, has a price guide of USD$38.9million (AUD$54.2million).

The 11,000-square-foot condo occupies three floors and boasts a sauna, state-of-the-art fitness centre and library.

There is also a home office, plus a spacious dining area and gourmet kitchen.

The kitchen features a massive island bench, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space.

Jackman revealed last year he was homesick for his native Australia after NYC's lengthy Covid lockdown.

Furness and the couple's children had initially been in Melbourne when coronavirus was declared a pandemic in March 2019.

But they returned to the U.S. just four days later in order to keep the family together.
