STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- It’s probably one of Staten Island’s most iconic homes, a conversation starter whose elaborate exterior decor has been theorized by borough residents for years: Is it an advertisement? A privately funded art installation? Filled with the ornate remnants of a movie set?

But now that 724 Todt Hill Rd. is officially on the market – and garnering some widespread attention on an infamous real estate TikTok page – the Advance/SILive is dispelling the gossipy debate.
